We have been able to arrange exclusive arrangements with several leading solicitors in the North West of England who can offer fixed fee Conveyancing on a national basis. With fixed fee Conveyancing, you can be sure that you will not receive any nasty surprises when it comes to their costings, and instructions can be made quick and easily.

Survey & Specialist Reports

Whether you are a cash buyer or simply looking for a more comprehensive survey when purchasing a property such as a homebuyers or full structural, let us know. We have arrangements with surveyors offering national coverage at fixed fee, competitive prices. We can also recommend accredited trade body suppliers for reports such as damp and timber and electrical and gas safety.
